The AfCFTA Digital Innovation Challenge (2nd Edition), by the AfCFTA Secretariat, is scouting digital solutions that make cross-border trade easier for African MSMEs.
Who Qualifies
African innovators and entrepreneurs aged 18–35 — individuals, teams, startups and enterprises from AU Member States — with an operational digital solution ready to scale, especially women and young founders.
What’s Included
Top 50 get capacity-building and AfCFTA innovation community access. Top 10 get incubation/acceleration support and investor connections. Top 5 Grand Winners get recognised as AfCFTA Digital Innovation Champions, with a session with the AfCFTA Secretary-General.
Status
Closes September 4, 2026 — solutions must already be operational, not just an idea.
